A four unit, four story apartment complex in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn uses angled inset balconies and windows to create dynamic front and back façades.  Corten steel panels along the inside faces of the windows accent the black façade and emphasize the angles of the cut outs. The zoning floor area of the site is maximized by the use of balconies and wall types to provide a comfortable square footage for each apartment.  A penthouse provides panoramic views of the East River, Manhattan, and Queens.
