The building design aims to create an iconic beacon that signals the revitalization for The Beth Rivka School. The proposed 7-story building aims to provide 159 sleeping quarters and over 50,000 SF for campus activities that include seminary classrooms, offices, cafeteria, gym, event spaces, library, teacher, and student lounges.

The articulated building facade with stepping terraces and greenery provides ample outdoor open spaces for students to enjoy, while the flow of the cladding design allows for the two main function of the building to unify as one cohesive structure. The exterior features a series of large, double-height windows, offering glimpses into the atrium spaces within.

In addition to the dynamic sculptural exterior, the design also calls for a bright and airy interior through a series of double height spaces – some are smaller and more intimate like the ones located at the dormitory quarters, while others are grand and expansive, featuring the cascading staircase with overlooks. All of them are flooded with natural light and greenery, creating a peaceful, rejuvenate atmosphere throughout the building.

Overall, this school building is designed to promote learning, creativity, and social interactions. The use of double-height windows, neutral-colored materials, and vibrant outdoor green spaces to create a bright, open, and adaptable learning environment that is sure to inspire students and teachers alike.
